the sentiment also from the same stamp set was stamped using Archival Ink Jet Black
some ribbon and some tags from the stash...
Pretty simple or CAS as they say it...

Good Monday Morning ~ MyGrafico

Oh my is it Monday already...
I am so not ready for this week to begin...
Well this week we have this fun file to work with...
MyGrafico Wedding File
and I so did not know what do to with it...
so I decided to do a digital scrapbook page
using the silver rings to show my rings that I got
on my wedding day...

Oh, don't you just love those
pictures on your wedding day
the picture of the rings
Joining the hands together...
this has to be one of my favorite
pictures at my wedding,
it's been almost 8 years now.
What beautiful years that have gone by
what a blessing I have to be married
to my very best friend...

I am so blessed !!!

oh, OK enough of that mushy stuff...

back to real business...
I used Photoshop CS5 to create this layout...
I am not the best at digital scrap booking,
But boy, this would be a great file for those bridal shower invitations, wedding announcements and any other fancy dress day...Even a New Years party, this file would work for that too...
Be sure to hop on over the the Challenge blog at MyGrafico and see all the great creations the design team has come up with...
Happy Monday, hope your week is full of fun, smiles and crafting.
I hope I have inspired just 1 person today...

Sunday ~ Funday

As the weekend comes to a close...

"Bee Happy"
for this little card
I used the technique that they showed but added my own touch to it...
Instead of a Side Step Card...
I did a Middle Step hard...
the same but different...
oh I hope it still counts
as I am putting this card in this challenge...
keeping my fingers crossed...
C ya all tomorrow for a MyGrafico file to share...

Post It Notes ~

Oh all the little things you can do with all those little post it notes...
Well, today I was hop'n around YouTube
and discovered this great tutorial on
so yeah this is not my original idea but hey that's how we get our ideas, right...
so I grabbed some scrap card stock
cut it to 3 1/4 x 2
scored it at 1 9/16 and again at 1 11/16.
kind of hard to do on the score board but I managed to get it using my
Martha Stewart Score board, I love it...
anyway
I added some embellishments and there you have these great little key chains...
I tried to get my 16 yr old son to take one for the car key,
but he insisted that his girlfriend have it...heehee...

well for the pictures....
tada....

These are the little post it notes that measure 1 1/2 by 2 inches...
they were way fun to put together...
and fast too...

so fast I made 4 of them in just about 30 minutes...less watching YouTube videos...lol
I think I have a new addiction...watching crafting tutorials...
speaking of which...
I have one on the drawing board now...
I will keep you posted as to when I get it done, if ever...heehee
no really I am doing it on the ....
oh I can't tell you just yet...
you all have a happy rest of the weekend...
C ya Monday for
a MyGrafico Project...

Oh and AGAIN Happy Day !!!

Oh I got a bit busy this morning...
got up way way way too early...
I think in the middle of the night...
anyway I had these cards that I wanted to post for today...
and I wanted to enter a challenge so
Here is card # 3

Happy Birthday USA
the happy birthday is a stamped/embossed image, it's a MFPaHC stamp...yeah again...
from the same set...its such a great set to start with...
some ric rac on some ribbon which is on ribbon...
a flower cut with my cameo and some bling from the stash
I got these great letter brads from a friend, what a nice friend, huh...
and they were all white but I wanted different colors so I heat embossed the 's' and it worked great
I got the blue color I wanted...just stamped the brad with Versa Mark ink
then dipped it into the embossing powder and used the heat gun to set the embossing powder...
easy as that...a friend told me I could do that...but I had not done it yet...
I can see me doing that again...
Well that's about it for this card...

Speedy Fox and Friends challenge 114 ~ ~ use metal (USA Brads)

Happy 4th of July ~

oh did I say that already today...
LOL...
I told you that I might have a few posts today...
this is # 2 for today...and more to come...

OK so you cant read the ink on the ribbon that well
but it says
"Cherish you Blessings"
is another one of MFPaHC stamps from the stamp set I won a few weeks ago...
I just love these stamps...so easy to use... and they give such a good
stamped image each time...
I used my Cameo to etch the metal with a heart/flag if you can see that...
and embossed the blue card stock with my Texture Boutique...it's kind of like
a big shot but cannot die cut...it only embosses and it small and totally convenient  for me...
so there you have another Mark's Finest Papers a Heinrich Co Spring flowers collection...

What a beautiful time of the year...

we have Freedom...
It was not til recently that I realized how important this is....

I will be entering in to challenges...
so bear with me
I may have a few posts today...

This 1st card today...CAS(clean and simple)
I have found that phrase a few times and just found out what it stands for
so I thought I would share it with you in case you did not know either...heehee
I used some lace that I got from the Goodwill that is near by...
It's a great place to look for those kinds of things...
I just love to go to Savers and Goodwill....I find some fun goodies...
I used a Mark's Finest Papers a Heinrich Co... stamp
"Cherish Your Blessings"
and a Silhouette America File
"Proud to be an American"

So for today we got Fancy Flowers Digital Stamp Set
Don't you just love Lindsay's Stamp Stuff !!
whoot wooh...
how fun are these pretty flowers...
Now I wanted to
'think' out side the box...
so this week I made this little tiny gable box...
It turned out so cute...I found this sentiment to go with it in my stash of files...
who knows where I really got it...lol
I used the print and cut feature with my cameo,
pulled the digi stamps on to the virtual mat
print the images on my wonderful large format printer...
oh how I love that printer...heehee
then colored these flowers with my Spectrum Noir Alcohol markers...
on they make me fell like I am an artist...
I love how I can blend the colors and I know that I am only a beginner !!!
so I have lots of room to improve...
Remember to hop on over to the MyGrafico Challenge blog and enter your creation...
Oh yeah I have some exciting news for tomorrows' post...
