Well today I have a new design team project and tutorial for 

Mark's Finest Papers a Heinrich co

Tutorial Time On Speedy TV...

the challenge is .....

Make a Party Hat for a card...

it's pretty easy once you see the foundation of the card...

for my card I used my Cameo to cut the card base

I created the cut file in Silhouette Studio Designer Edition

(if I knew how to share a file I would be happy to share this one...

I had my little niece in my mind the entire time I was making it...good thing her
birthday is in the near future...heehee

I used a Lori Whitlock rosette file from the Silhouette store for the top...
added a button and some twine...

Shop until you Drop

This card was kind of fun to put together...

I used the digi stamp from Bugaboo...

colored with my Spectrum Noir alcohol markers

and added star dust chalk to the white areas of her dress and hat...

and used sunshine color chalk to color in her hair...

I love how chalks can give such a nice color to your image without

making it 'too' much color...I highlighted the hair with an alcohol marker...

too cute huh...

oh yeah I used the marker tool by Amy Chomas with my Cameo for the 

"Show until you Drop" sentiment...

Well go Shop until you Drop...only a few more days of shopping for 

Christmas...

Remember  Chalk N Stock will be running this months

challenge for the WHOLE month of December...so you have lots of time to get your

I made this darling little mug gift for I am not sure who but it's sure cute...

not sure where I got the cut file from a while back, so sorry for not giving a link to it...and credit of course...so I took 2 designer papers and used Heat n Bond to bond them together...

then I cut the file using my Cameo die cut machine... I took the sewing machine to the edges of the cup

...wish I would have used a darker thread but I did not...I don't sew ... lol

then I added my little 'cool whip topping' that I made last year for my little pumpkin pie I did...

that wraps it up...lol...what a fun and simple gift ... now maybe I will give it to the boss man...heehee shhhh don't tell....

so I choose a project...

I used the SVG from SVGCuts.com

Christmas Open House Kit, and the

3D Wintergreens SVG Kit

along with Christmas Selections stamp set and Poinsettia Blooms stamp set

by MFPaHc

to create this darling little gift box...

using Graphic 45 paper and AC Card stock ...

it all came together nice...

some of my all time favorite products used in making this project...

after using the print and cut feature on my Cameo...

too cute...

This weeks challenge is to make a luminaire...

our design team member Davi gave us a great tutorial to follow with

3 different ways of making a luminaire.

I did mine just a bit different then what her tutorial outlined...

always got to be out side the box...lol

what do you think? kind of cool huh...

I used the Holly Jolly Greetings stamp set by MFPaHc

some vellum, and here is the trick to my luminaire...a older style

Chrystal Light container...I love to keep little containers for occasions like this...

I stamped the images on to the vellum, both on the inside and outside of the vellum,

I wanted it to have different 'layer's to the opacity of the light...

I punched a few holes in the top of my container with my Crop a dial...

cut some white vinyl with my cameo to make some pretty snowflakes

Then colored my snowman from the 'inside' of the vellum before adding it to the container...

then added a tea light, (one of those led batteries tea lights)...

Now it's your turn, I would love to see what you can do with this challenge...
