Use Vellum...
I thought about this and decided to use vellum as a
pocket in the front of my card
like this:
I used some of the newest stamp sets by
Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co...
for the flowers
for the sentiment
add these cute stamps to some designer papers
on a card base...
Make a cute pocket with vellum to slide that tag right in...
I hope you get a chance to check out the other design team members,

Katie - what a cute little springtime pocket you have made - lovely idea. Message on the back of your blue tag I assume - secret but still integral to your card. You did an excellent job adhering it as there are no obvious signs of tape or glue!
