Chalk Ah Lot Cafe Challenge - Chalk as a Background

This weeks Challenge @ Chalk Ah Lot Cafe  is ..... Chalk as a background....

I wanted to share with you this week a little love for my country...I found this stamp at the Stamp N Plus Scrap N web store, and just knew that I would find a good use for it... I used Powered Chalk to create the background of the card...then stamped the image over the chalk...then used a little bit of yellow to add to the mix...I also used my Cameo to cut the star using yellow paper...pop dotted my star on and there you have it...  The chalk colors I used this week were .... Dizzy & Red .... I used Archival Ink, Jet Black to stamp the image...

I hope you love our country as much as I do....
May God Bless all our Men and Women of the armed forces, that they all may come home soon...

Happy Sunday...c ya all tomorrow with a great MyGrafico project for the week... TTFN ....

  1. I like the Patriotic card. What type of ink did you use to stamp the flag image? Versamark ink? Glad to have won some more chalk to play with for my Cheetah scrapbook layout and will give the background chalking a try.
